Founded in Laval in 1986, Florence Telecom is a Quebec family business that was born with a bold idea in mind: to offer a telephone refurbishing service. Back then, our objective was to offer a sustainable alternative to the service provided exclusively at the time by the manufacturer Northern Telecom (Nortel). Over time, Nortel went from being a competitor to an accredited partner and exclusive supplier.
As the company grew, we diversified our activities at Florence according to technological advances,while maintaining our passion and proximity to our customers.
