How it works

Moving to cloud telephony is simpler than you might think: no construction project, no hardware to buy to get started. Here are the steps.

  1. Let’s talk about your needs

Request a quote or contact us. We discuss your team, your numbers and the features you need.

  2. Choose your number

A new number is assigned to you quickly. Would you rather keep your current number? We submit the transfer (porting) request to your current provider: a copy of that provider’s latest invoice is required. A copy of that provider’s latest invoice is required, and a signed authorization may be too.

  3. We set it up with you

Virtual receptionist, users, schedules, softphones or desk phones: we prepare your system with you, and train the person who will administer it.

  4. Your service is ready

Your service is activated. Your company’s administrator handles day-to-day management in the web console, and our team remains at your disposal. See support.

A service ready in a few business days

1 day*

New number

With a new phone number, your service can be ready as early as the next business day.

3 days*

Porting your number

You keep your current number: in as little as 3 business days, it is transferred to us and your service is ready.

What do you need to get started?

  • A computer or a cell phone: softphones turn either one into a business phone.
  • An Internet connection.
  • Desk phones, only if you want them.
  • To keep your number: the details of your current number and provider, a copy of that provider’s latest invoice, and the signed transfer authorization.

Ready for the next step?

* Shortest possible timelines. They assume everything goes well: your number ports over without trouble from your current provider, a copy of that provider’s latest invoice is supplied, the address you give us is accurate, and your business is easy to verify and credible.
